Let's see them one by one
1. EGG BIRIYANI
First, take a bowl and add 1 cup of basmati rice, rinse it well and soak in water for 30 mins. Take a blender jar and 10 garlic cloves, 1-inch ginger, 1 green chili, 5 shallots, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, blend it coarsely and keep it aside. heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp chili powder, required salt, and add 6 boiled eggs and roast well for 1 min low flame. after 1 min transfer it to a plate and keep it aside. Now heat a pressure cooker and add 3 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp ghee, 2 cinnamon stick, 2 cardamoms, 2 cloves, 1 bay leaf, 1-star anise, blended ginger-garlic mixture and saute for 1 min in low flame. Add 2 sliced onions and saute till the onion turns light brown. After that add 1 sliced tomato, a handful of mint leaves, a handful of coriander leaves, and saute well until the tomato turns soft. And then add 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp garam masala, a pinch of turmeric powder, required salt, and saute well. Add 3 tbsp curd and mix well. Add 1 cup soaked basmati rice and mix gently, add 1½ cup water, roasted egg, and cook for 1 whistle in low flame. Set aside to cool and open the lid and mix gently. Serve egg biriyani with onion raita.
2. EGG GRAVY
Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 1/8 tsp turmeric powder, required salt, 4 boiled egg, and roast well for 1 min in low flame and keep it aside. Heat 2 tbsp oil in the same pan and add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 finely chopped onions, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, and saute till onion turns brown. Add a pinch of turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, required salt, and saute well. And then add 1 cup curd(approx 100 ml) mix it well in low flame. Add little water and boil for 3 min on a low flame. After 3 mins add the roasted egg and mix well and cook for 5 min on low flame. Finally, add a few chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame. Egg gravy is ready.
3. EGG 65
First, take 5 boiled eggs, cut and remove the yellow part, and cut the white part into small cubes, Transfer the egg into a bowl and add 1 tbsp cornflour, 3 tbsp besan flour, 1 tbsp maida flour, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, a pinch of turmeric powder, 1 tsp crushed ginger garlic, 1 tbsp curd, 1 beaten egg, and required salt, mix it all well and leave it to marinate for 10 mins. After 10 mins heat oil to fry the eggs. Take a small amount of egg and make a round shape and deep fry it in the hot oil in the medium flame. Remain the same procedure to all. Next, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add 1 tbsp crushed ginger garlic, 1 finely chopped green chili, 1 sprig of curry leaves, and saute it for 30 seconds. Add 1 tbsp red chili sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup and mix well, add the fried eggs, mix well and switch off the flame. egg 65 is ready.
4. EGG FRIED RICE
Take a bowl and add 5 eggs, the required salt, and beat it well. Now, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add the beaten egg, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, scramble well and keep it aside. Heat the same pan and add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp finely chopped garlic cloves, saute it for 30 seconds. And then add 1 sliced onion and saute well. Next, add 5 finely chopped beans, 1 finely chopped carrot, a handful of shredded cabbage, 1 sliced capsicum, required salt, and saute it well for 3 to 5 min in high flame. After 5 mins add 2 cups cooked basmati rice, scrambled eggs, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp pepper powder, required salt, 2 tbsp spring onions, mix it all well for 2 mins on high flame and switch off the flame. Egg fried rice is ready.
5. EGG PEPPER FRY
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add 2 sliced onions, 1 sprig of curry leaves, and saute well. And then add crushed 1 tbsp crushed ginger garlic paste and saute well. Add 1 chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp fennel powder, 1 tsp pepper powder, a pinch of turmeric powder, required salt, and saute it all well. Add little water and boil for 3 mins on low flame. crack 4 eggs and add the eggs to a pan, cover, and cook for 3 mins on low flame. After 3 mins open the lid divide the four eggs and flip over and cook for 1 min in medium flame. Egg Pepper fry is ready.
