5 Easy Healthy Sandwich Recipes

Today I am going to share 5 easy Healthy sandwich recipes. Let's see them one by one.

1. VEG CHEESE SANDWICH
                                       Take a large bowl and add 1/4 cup grated carrot, 1/4 cup capsicum, 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped green chili, 1 tsp finely chopped garlic pod, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, salt to taste, 1 cup grated cheese, 1 tsp oregano, few finely chopped coriander leaves, and mix it all well. Take one slice of bread and spread the stuffing all over, cover it with another slice of bread, and brush butter on both sides. Toast until golden brown. Veg cheese sandwich is ready

2. GREEN CHUTNEY SANDWICH
                                    Take a blender jar and add 2 green chilies, 2 garlic pods, 1/4 inch ginger, 2 tbsp peanuts, 2 tbsp sev(mixture), salt to taste, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp water, a handful of coriander leaves blend it all well into a smooth paste. Take a bowl and add 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn, grounded chutney, 1/2 cup curd, mix it all well. Take 2  bread slices and cut the edges, apply butter to the 2 slices and spread the green chutney, cover it with another bread slice. Heat a Tawa and place the sandwich, toast both sides for 1 min in medium flame. A delicious green chutney sandwich is ready.

3. VEGETABLE OATS SANDWICH
                                       Heat a pan and add 3tspn oil, chopped onions, green chilies and saute well. Add 1 cup chopped Beans, 1 cup chopped  Carrot, 1 cup chopped Cabbage, 1/2 cup chopped Capsicum and mix it well and cover and cook for 3-4mins
         in low flame. After 4 min open, it and add 1 tsp Chilli powder, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 1/2 tsp Garam masala, a pinch of turmeric powder and mix it well, and saute it well in low flame. After 1 min, add 1/2 cup oats and mix it well and cook it for 1 min. After the oats and vegetables are well-cooked turns off the stove. Take one bread slice and spread tomato ketchup and mayonnaise and vegetable fillings, close it with another bread slice, and toast until golden brown. The vegetable oats sandwich is ready.

4. CHICKPEA SANDWICH
                                Take a bowl and add 1 cup boiled chickpeas, mash it with a fork and add 1 tbsp finely chopped green chilies, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, 1 tsp lime juice, salt to taste, 3 tbsp curd, 2 tbsp finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum, 1/4 cup coriander leaves, and mix it all well. Take one slice of bread and place the fillings and close with another bread and toast until golden brown. The chickpea sandwich is ready.

5. ALOO SANDWICH
                              Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, and saute it all well. Add 1 tbsp finely chopped green chili, 1 tsp ginger garlic, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 3 boiled and mashed potatoes, 1 tsp garam masala, salt to taste, 1 tsp chili flakes, 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum, 3 tbsp finely chopped carrot, few finely chopped coriander leaves, mix it all well. Take one bread slice, spread tomato ketchup, and spread the aloo stuffing, and close with another bread slice. Heat a Tawa and brush with butter, place the aloo stuffed bread, and toast both sides until golden brown.
