Today I am going to share How to make wheat flour pasta and Egg pasta
WHEAT FLOUR PASTA
Take a bowl and add 1 cup wheat flour, 1/2 cup maida, 1 tsp oil, required salt, and mix it well. Add water little by little, knead well for 0 to 12 mins and make a soft dough. Next, take one small bowl and add 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, salt to taste, 1 tsp soya sauce, 2 tsp tomato ketchup mix it all well, and keep it aside. Now, separate your dough into two equal pieces. Take one piece and roll it slightly thin using a chapati rolling board, cut them into a small square shape, and make desired shapes. And then heat 3 cups of water in a big pot and add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp oil and allow it to boil, and then add the pasta, cover and cook for 7 to 8 mins in medium flame. After that strain, the water completely and transfer the pasta to a plate and keep it aside.
Now, heat a kadhai and add 2 tbsp oil, 2 tsp finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 tsp finely chopped green chilies, 2 thinly sliced onions, and saute well till the onion turns translucent. Add 1 finely chopped tomato and saute till tomato turns soft. after that add 1 cup finely chopped beans, 1 cup finely chopped carrot, 1/2 cup sliced capsicum, and saute in high for 5 mins. After 5 mins add the prepared masala paste, little water and saute it well. Finally, add the boiled pasta, a few finely chopped coriander leaves, and mix well. Tasty wheat flour pasta is ready.
EGG MACARONI PASTA
Boil 5 cups of water, and add 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp salt allow it to boil well, and then add 2 cups of pasta. Cook for 10 to 12 mins in medium flame. After 12 mins strain the water completely and transfer the pasta to a plate and keep it aside. Next, boil 4 eggs in water and grate them using a grater and keep them aside. Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadhai and add 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 finely chopped green chili, 2 finely chopped onion and saute well, and then add 1 finely chopped tomato and saute till the tomato turns soft and mushy. next, add 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, required salt, and saute well, add little water and boil for 1 minute. now, add the grated eggs and mix well, and then add the boiled pasta, a few chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, mix it all well and switch off a flame. Tasty egg macaroni pasta is ready.
