3 Types Of Manchurian Recipes

Today I am going to share 3 types of Manchurian recipes. Let's see them one by one.

1. BABY CORN MANCHURIAN


                                       Boil 3 cups of water in a pot, add 7 chopped baby corns cook for 5 mins on medium flame. After 5 mins strain the water completely and keep it aside. Next, take a bowl and add 1/2 cup maida flour, 1/4 cup cornflour, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, add required water and mix well (thick batter) without any lumps.

Heat, oil to fry in a kadhai, coat the baby corn in a batter, and deep fry in hot oil, until gold and crispy.

After that drain off and transfer it to the plate.  Heat a 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add 1 tsp finely chopped garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger, 2 finely chopped green chilies, saute it well in a high flame.

Add 2 (half cubed) chopped onions, 1 (half cubed) capsicum, 2 tbsp spring onion, and saute it well in high flame till the onion turns translucent.

After that add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, required salt, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, and saute it for 1 min on high flame. Take 1 small bowl and add 1 tbsp cornflour, 2 tbsp water and mix well without lumps, now add the cornflour mixture into the pan and stir well until it thickens. Finally, add the fried baby corn and mix well. Baby corn Manchurian is ready.

2. GOBI MANCHURIAN


                                  First, take 1 whole cauliflower clean and separate cauliflower florets into small pieces, and wash it in normal water.

Now boil 5 glasses of water, at the time of boiling add 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp salt and allow the water to boil well.

add the cleaned cauliflower florets into the boiled water and cook for 20% and strain the cauliflower from the water and wash with normal water.

Take a bowl and add cauliflower without water, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, salt as required, 1 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp pepper powder, 2 tbsp cornflour, 2 tbsp maida, half lemon juice, splash little amount of water and add mix well. ( Don't add more water).

Now, heat oil to fry, when oil gets heated add the marinated florets one by one and fry until it turns crispy and golden brown. Next, heat  2 tbsp oil in a pan and add 1 tsp finely chopped garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger, 1 finely chopped green chilies, saute it well in a high flame. Add 2 (half cubbed) chopped onions, 1 (half cubed) capsicum, and saute it well in high flame till the onion turns translucent.

After that add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, required salt, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, and saute it for 1 min on high flame.

Take 1 small bowl and add 1 tbsp cornflour, 2 tbsp water and mix well without lumps, now add the cornflour mixture into the pan and stir well until it thickens. Finally, add the fried cauliflower and mix well. Tasty Gobi Manchurian is ready.

3. ALOO MANCHURIAN


                                 Boil 4 cups of water in a pot and add 1 tsp salt, 2 potatoes( half cubed), allow it to boil for 8 mins( Do not overcook), drain off the water completely, and keep it aside.

Now, take a bowl and add 1/2 cup maida flour, 1/4 cup cornflour, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp oil, salt to taste, add required water and mix well (smooth batter) without any lumps. Heat, oil to fry in a kadhai, coat the half-boiled potatoes in a batter, and deep fry in hot oil, on a medium flame, until gold and crispy. After that drain off and transfer it to the plate.

Heat a 3 tbsp oil in a pan and add 1 tsp finely chopped garlic cloves,1 finely chopped green chilies, saute it well in a high flame. Add 2 (half cubed) chopped onions, 1 (half sliced) capsicum, 2 tbsp spring onion, and saute it well in high flame till the onion turns translucent. After that add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp red chili sauce, required salt, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, and saute it for 1 min on high flame.

Take 1 small bowl and add 1 tbsp cornflour, 2 tbsp water and mix well without lumps, now add the cornflour mixture into the pan and stir well until it thickens. Finally, add the fried aloo and mix well. crispy Aloo Manchurian is ready.
